Dr Ortiz and her entire team have the most beautiful bedside manners. They always make you feel like you are their only patient when in fact their lobby is packed with patients.
As much as I am terrified of getting my blood drawn or even seeing doctors in general I ALWAYS look forward to seeing them. ❤️

This was my first time at RGV Endocrine Center today. First of all the front staff called my medical doctor because I forgot my referral form. They were very friendly, and professional. Shortly, after that I was in to see Dr. Ortiz, I was taken to a room where my vitals were taken then took me to another room where the nurse continued to ask me further questions regarding my visit and health questions. Dr. Ortiz walked in shortly after that. She took her time listening to me about my concerns. She proceeded with her assessment and putting all information in the computer. Again, Dr. Ortiz was very thorough explaining to me everything. I would definitely recommend this practice and Doctor to anybody.

I felt like I got top notch care and I really liked Dr Cantù. However, wasn’t to happy waiting over 45 minutes past appointment time before I saw her. Other than that I liked the Dr.
