Dr. Ortiz as always very attentive. She listens and explains about my health in detail. She is very friendly and welcoming . She is easy to speak with regarding your health. She is a doctor that actually does care about your health.

She's really good and surprisingly knowledgeable. So far, I've been quite impressed by this clinic and PA Maldonado. It's been the polar opposite experience in comparison to pretty much any other medical clinic in the RGV.

Dr. Ortiz and all the staff here are very friendly and make you feel so welcomed. The wait time was not long at all, and Dr. Ortiz takes the time to talk to you and answer any questions you have.
