Very professional. Physician was well informed regarding my lab test results. She advised me off my follow up care plan and also discussed my medication dosage. She asked if I had questions. As always, my physician is very thorough during my visit with her.

It was a great experience due to Dr Ortiz being so knowledgeable in thyroid conditions with her expertise being in thyroid cancer. Overall a wonderful experience knowing that we have a specialist in the RGV that does her own testing to verify any outside results.
