Dr. Ortiz is an outstanding endocrinologist. She took the time to carefully review my lab work, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered.
There was virtually no waiting time, which made the visit even more pleasant. Her entire staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
Dr. Ortiz’s knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist who truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Ortiz as always very attentive. She listens and explains about my health in detail. She is very friendly and welcoming . She is easy to speak with regarding your health. She is a doctor that actually does care about your health.

She's really good and surprisingly knowledgeable. So far, I've been quite impressed by this clinic and PA Maldonado. It's been the polar opposite experience in comparison to pretty much any other medical clinic in the RGV.
