All the staff are quick and efficient. Always very friendly and Dr. Ortiz is very good at what she does. She is a great Dr and explains everything very well. Overall best experience with a Drs office that I've had.

Dr. Ortiz is an outstanding endocrinologist. She took the time to carefully review my lab work, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered.
There was virtually no waiting time, which made the visit even more pleasant. Her entire staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
Dr. Ortiz’s knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist who truly cares about her patients.
