Everyone at the office were very professional and courteous. Even though it's a very busy place the wait time was minimal.
Dr. Ortiz was exceptional she examined me answered all of my questions without rushing me. I felt heard.
Everyone that I saw leaving were actually smiling. The nurses seemed very caring and professional they made it a point to address the patients by their names.

extremely pleased with her professionalism and attention to all my concerns. she has gracious manners and listens to you. i hope to continue with her and all the clerks were polite and helpful, especially the nurse Anna when i wen to get blood drawn. Ms. Claudia Maldonado answered all my questions and i felt comfortable and confident she will help me find answers to my condition. she is knowledgeable and assured me immediately;

All the staff are quick and efficient. Always very friendly and Dr. Ortiz is very good at what she does. She is a great Dr and explains everything very well. Overall best experience with a Drs office that I've had.

Dr. Ortiz is an outstanding endocrinologist. She took the time to carefully review my lab work, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered.
There was virtually no waiting time, which made the visit even more pleasant. Her entire staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
Dr. Ortiz’s knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist who truly cares about her patients.
